About the Role
As a Road Services Worker 1, your primary responsibility will be to support the construction, maintenance, and preservation of our road network. This is an exciting opportunity where you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in various tasks, all while working alongside a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with road maintenance tasks such as patching, sealing, and line marking.
- Operating and maintaining road plant equipment.
- Assessing and addressing road hazards and safety concerns.
- Accurately complete plant and equipment operation documentation, including a pre-start safety checklist.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about road quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in road maintenance or construction is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
