The Crossing Theatre is a leading entertainment venue located in Narrabri. We offer a range of services including a café, candy bar, cinema, pool kiosk and box office services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visit to our venue is enjoyable and memorable!
About the Role
Working within one of Council's well-known facilities, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the community. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Receiving and managing telephone and counter enquiries.
- Providing professional table service, prepare drink orders and clear/wash dishes.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Providing feedback on operational and business improvement opportunities.
- Assisting in providing support and guidance to casual staff.

About You

- Demonstrated mathematical ability and knowledge of point of sale systems.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and use initiative.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon and evening as required.
