  • $71,890.60 to $79,550.27 per annum, plus superannuation

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative and business support across the Infrastructure Delivery Directorate. Working across this directorate you will have variety in your administration work and will be responsible for facilitating operational efficiencies by applying technical skill and organisational knowledge, to resolve routine and intermittent tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional, efficient, effective, supportive and high-quality administrative support.
  • Assist in the research and analysis of information, to inform sound management decision making.     
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings and appointments. 
  • Provide meeting support through the preparations of meeting minutes, and monitoring progress of actions. 
  • Undertake accurate and timely data entry tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in administration who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will possess:
