About the Role
In this key position, you'll take the helm in developing, implementing, and managing our asset portfolio, guaranteeing alignment with the council's Asset Management Strategies, as well as adherence to legislative, regulatory, and audit requirements. Your role is not just about oversight; it's about vision. Reporting directly to the Manager Assets and Engineering, you'll play a critical role in creating and rolling out innovative work processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the cost-effective, and value-driven management of our assets and execution of works. About You
You will be a technical, creative and innovative professional with tertiary qualifications in Engineering and a proven record of achievements managing assets for a large organisation.
You will have demonstrated experience and detailed practical knowledge in Asset Management Information Systems, associated works management and reporting capabilities including data analysis, quality and integrity.
